Thanks dwain, i never wanted to have to sell it, i really like it and it worked so well for the tour. A proper cruiser. I have a few bits i can sell that should bring in some money to fix it up, i have a early posi that i should see $400 ish for so thats a start.

go with new wheel cylinders if you can get them. you dont want to chance with those old castings to not have gotten pourous. jmo. as far as motor and trans goes, have you look at some place like jasper racing? they offer complete rebuilds with warentees.
