I think she's supposed to be doing the cleanliness test. Kinda like the white glove but with out the glove. I don't think it was supposed to be sabotage or anything.

I've had my head near a toilet before but I was praying and wishing I was dead at the time and saying I'd never drink again. Sure coulda used the vomit smiley here, only its gone now
