Front SubFrame Replacement - Trans Am

Has anyone replaced their original subframe with one of the "after market" types that are out there ????

Just wondering if it is really worth all the money. It only apears to save "about" 200 pounds. And $6K to $7.5 K is a lot of money for that kind of savings ...

And if you have to ask if it's worth it, you're probably thinking to yourself that it's not. LOL!

i hadn't heard of stock sub frames failing- there is a lot of bull shit being made just to sell, and have ,it doesn't mean that we really need it

there must be a chromoly chassis that could be built cheaper than those prices
