Burlwood face lift

I have that burlwood console that my trashman gave to me. I tried just using a little windex to clean it up but after wiping it down it still had a oxized look to it. So I though what the hell it was a freeby.
Using a old sock as a buff rag. I didnt want to waste my guires machine glaze. This stuff has a pretty mild grit to it and is oil free.

try using some 2000 grit wet and dry sand paper, mist it with water and sand. then use some Johnsons paste wax and rub it out, it should shine right up, you should actually be able to get it as shiny as the paint on the car.

Um fellas this a sticker. It was cruddy and dull. If it were real wood Id have been able to do as yall said. But wet sanding it would only tear ir up.

oh I thought maybe it was, but then Graeme talked abotu buffing wood, so I thought maybe I was wrong and it was a real vanier. You what would REALLY be cool. Put a real wood vanier on it. That would be HARDCORE.
