Oil Filer Brackets.

Here's some Oil Filter Brackets. Full-Size used the dtraight 90 degree bracket till '70 then after '70 they used the Angled Version. GTO's used the Angled Version. '69 Grand Prix's with the Long branch Manifolds used the same Oil Filter Bracket adapter the '69 Trans Am used to clear the manifolds.

Also is a couple of pictures of the by-pass in the housing and a plugged versio you can make to insure all your oil is going thru your filter under high oil pressure times.

Also is a picture of a '57 Oil Filter housing that had been modified as a remote Oil Filter (stockcar)

I'd been thinking about taking some pictures but put it off till a member asked the other day where to hook up an oil pressure guage and I couldn't find a picture of the oil filter bracket anywhere in my collection of pictures. So I took some pictures today while I was in the old garage. All I have to do now is figure out what somebody needs a picture of that I don't have yet

There D ports,Don't think they will fit a GTO style frame.I wish I had a better picture of the Oil Filter bracket adapter that twists the filter to the back.

not much to see the adapter is just machined alum that bolts to the block and then relocates the bolts allowing the housing to turn/clock appx 10deg.
