I don't find em here as cheap as he does either.
Usually about double if it's worth having.

I'm DB. $6k seems awfully high for a car that needs so much work. Maybe that's the East coast going rate?

I'd try and talk him down but would prolly buy it if it's solid and not rusty. The interior isn't that bad, just needs work. Hope it works out for ya. Great year.

Low mile (if original) 400 car, and if rust free I'd buy it for that price. I just don't see that many anymore that aren't in pretty rough condition, this one's not. I would try and get em down a grand but I'd prolly go for it even if he doesn't. All depends on how it looks first hand.

naw I don't ever get the deals you find up there. Seems whenever I get to try and wait em out someone comes along and buys it out from under me.

I can't see $6K for that. maybe $4k tops. I would start by mentioning how he chopped up the interior for those ****ing door speakers, and how much it's gonna cost to fix that shit. I'd hate to see how hacked up the metal is behind that door panel. That car can be full of body filler, and most likely, done shitty. A full inspection of both sides is necessary. Especially in the trunk area around the quarters.

The Wife and I are going to look at it tomorrow.
i know it needs a fair amount of interior work to get that to look nice.
The engine looks to be all orginal
